One address, and it goes to a person.
hello@reluxa.com.au is read by the founder, not by a ticket queue, a chatbot or an outsourced support desk. There is no phone menu, because there is no phone menu to build — there is one of us.
Please use that address for everything: orders, delivery, returns, guarantee claims, warranty claims, product questions, privacy requests, complaints and media enquiries. Putting a subject line on it helps us get to it faster, but it is not required.

I've bought things like this before and never used them.
Fair. That's the actual risk, not whether it works. It's a session with simple controls while you do something else — and if it does end up in a drawer, that's exactly what the 60 days are for.
Is this just a heat pack with red lights?
No. A heat pack warms the surface. 850nm is a specific wavelength chosen because it travels past the surface. You'll feel warmth from both. Only one of them is doing anything at depth.
Will it help my hands?
No. The wrap goes round a back, a shoulder, a hip, a thigh or a knee. Hands are part of the pattern; they're not part of what this does. We'd rather say so before you order.
Can I use it if I'm on HRT?
Yes. It isn't a hormonal therapy and isn't intended to affect hormones. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or another implanted device, or take photosensitising medication, speak with your GP first.
How often, and for how long?
Most evenings, for six to eight weeks before you judge it. It's a habit, not a dose.
Does it need to be on bare skin?
No. Over a t-shirt or a light jumper is fine.
What if it doesn't fit?
130cm of strap covers roughly a 60–130cm waist. Email us your rough measurement first and we'll tell you straight, including if the answer's no.
Is this a treatment for menopause?
No — and anybody selling you one isn't being straight with you. It's for the relief of pain. That's the ARTG intended purpose and it's the only claim we make.
What happens if it breaks?
1-year warranty on the LEDs, electronics and battery. Australian company, Australian returns address, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to that.
How do I return it?
Email us inside the 60 days. We'll send you a prepaid return label — you pack it up, send it back, and we refund you once it reaches us. There's nothing to pay to return it.
