The RELUXA 60-Day Guarantee is a voluntary satisfaction guarantee offered by RELUXA. It applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not affected.

The guarantee

The short version is above. This is the detail, in case you want it before you order rather than after.

What's covered

Any RELUXA Recovery Wrap bought directly from this website. Sixty days, counted from the day it is delivered to you — not the day you place the order, and not the day it leaves us.

How to start a return

Email hello@reluxa.com.au any time inside the sixty days. There is no form and you don't have to give a reason. Tell us it isn't for you and that is enough.

We reply with a prepaid return label. You don't pay to send it back.

What condition it needs to be in

Used. That is rather the point — a guarantee you can only claim on an unopened box isn't a guarantee, it's a returns policy with extra steps. Wear it, most evenings, for as long as you like inside the sixty days.

What we do ask is that everything comes back: the wrap, the battery and the charging cable. Any box will do; it doesn't have to be the one it arrived in.

Then what happens

We refund you once it reaches us and the conditions above are met. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with.

Your rights on top of this

The RELUXA 60-Day Guarantee is something we offer voluntarily. It sits in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not affected by anything on this page, and which we could not sign away even if we wanted to.
