Free Standard Shipping on All Australian Orders
We offer free standard shipping on every order to anywhere in Australia. No minimum spend required.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, estimated delivery to Australian addresses is 8-15 business days.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control. We will always notify you when your order has been dispatched and provide tracking information.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.
Customs and Import
RELUXA ships from our supplier warehouse. Your order may be subject to customs inspection upon entry to Australia. The TLB105-G4 is TGA Listed, CE Certified, and FDA Cleared and complies with Australian import requirements. Any applicable customs duties are covered — there are no surprise fees on delivery.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@reluxa.com.au and we will investigate immediately. If your order is confirmed lost we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. If you notice an error contact us at hello@reluxa.com.au immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
