Our Commitment
We want you to recover well. If RELUXA isn't working for you, we don't want your money. This policy outlines your options clearly and without fine print.
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you have used the RELUXA Recovery Wrap consistently for 90 days and are not satisfied with your results, contact us at hello@reluxa.com.au and we will issue a full refund. You keep the device.
No return required. No awkward questions. No hoops.
To claim your guarantee:
- Email hello@reluxa.com.au within 90 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number
- Tell us briefly what wasn't working for you
We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of your request being approved.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure
- Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
- A repair or replacement if the product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us at hello@reluxa.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault or damage
- Photos or video showing the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if required. You will not be asked to cover any costs for a faulty product.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
- You contact us at hello@reluxa.com.au before returning
- You cover the cost of return shipping
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund or Return
All refund and return requests should be submitted by email to hello@reluxa.com.au. Please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The reason for your request
- Photos or video if relevant
We aim to respond to all requests within 2 business days.
Refund Processing Times
Once a refund is approved, please allow:
- 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed by us
- A further 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to issue refunds in the following circumstances:
- The 90-day guarantee period has expired and there is no fault with the product
- The product has been damaged through misuse or use outside of the instructions
- Change of mind returns received after 30 days or in used/opened condition
